This little girl was just the sweetest! Not only is she adorable, but she is one tough cookie! We took the N Family’s pictures in Long Grove, where the walkways are cobblestone and uneven terrain. Despite the fact that she fell and skinned her knees twice, she was up and ready for more pictures with the biggest smile in less than a minute! What a trooper! Aren’t her blue eyes the prettiest? 🙂
This little guy was turning one just a few days after our shoot. He’s so loved that his grandparents and great aunt came in from California and Arizona to celebrate with him. It was a great opportunity to get some family shots along with his first year pictures. I’m so glad they chose me to capture these special moments between them. Happy birthday big guy. Hope it was fabulous!
I met Rachel a few months ago and we’ve become good friends since. Needless to say, I was honored, flattered, and super excited when she asked me if I would take her engagement pictures. Rachel knew she wanted pictures by Lake Michigan, so we went to the Glencoe Beach to take them. It was a gorgeous night with a beautiful sunset and a super sweet couple who were such troopers walking through burrs for a shot against a cool looking wall. Thanks for letting me be a part of your exciting day to come guys!
This family was a lot of fun to shoot. Their daughter, Nidhi, was such a natural and who doesn’t love a family who includes their fur baby in their pictures too!

I took this family’s pictures last fall when this little cutie was just 3 months old. She was such a little peanut back then, it’s hard to believe she’s already one! Happy first birthday, Hritvi!
